A report going to the STRONGER COMMUNITIES AND NEIGHBOURHOOD SERVICES SCRUTINY BOARD this week (Thursday 6th) reviews the locations of the Mobile Speed Camera (MSE) used by West Midland Police and gives recommendations for future use.
