A quick upodate to show where we are with this.
The original consultation was to be completed in April and the Local Government Boundary Commission (LGBC) to report to parliament in July. However, in order for council to fully debate the issue and submit a formal response following the first recommendations from the LGBC, the consultation period has been extended to 12 July 2024.
