Taylor Wimpey has launched a further consultation for Hares Croft, for new development at Dog Kennel Lane, Shirley.
Land to the South of Dog Kennel Lane has been allocated in the Draft Solihull Local Plan as site “BL2”. The site is split between land in Taylor Wimpey’s ownership (the western part of the site) and land promoted by Richborough (the eastern part).
This consultation comprises two elements. Firstly, they are seeking comments on the overall masterplan for the whole “BL2” draft allocation. Secondly, they are consulting on the planning application proposals for the Taylor Wimpey owned land.

A consultation event will be held 1pm-7pm, 23rd May at the Village Hotel, Dog Kennel Lane, Shirley, B90 4JG. Comments can be made through the feedback form (SurveyMonkey Powered Online Survey).
