As a dog walker who regularly uses the path that leads to Hillfield Park from Costa drive-through, and runs parallel to the feeder stream that serves the lake in Hillfield Park, I can say with utter certainty that the stream has shown signs of pollution of this nature for a couple of years now. It manifests itself as being a milky colouring of the water and is obvious to anyone passing. We do not allow our dog into the stream because of this pollution.
