REPORTING A PROBLEM in Solihull

Reporting issues online via the council website is not only easier but is really most effective. I encourage fellow councillors to report issues this way rather than telephone/email senior officers directly. Reports go directly to the correct service teams who will address the issue.

There are many issues that can be reported online with the categories shown below:

SMBC website: Report it | solihull.gov.uk

AnimalsCouncilCouncil Tax and BenefitsEnvironment
Food SafetyHousingLightingPeople
Roads and PavementsRubbish and RecyclingSchoolsStreetcare and Cleaning
Trees

Report updates:

If you provide your email address when completing the online form the council can send you updates about the problems you report. You will also be sent a reference number which you will need to quote if you need to follow it up.

  1. Neighbours on Gospel lane ( Solihull Side) near Gospel lane doctors surgery. Have been playing loud music, drumming and letting off fireworks at 2am in the morning – reports are this is being done in the road! This has now been going on every night for over a week . I look forward to hearing from you

      1. If this selfish and inconsiderate behaviour continues, there must be something the council can do to make the persons responsible aware that it unlawful and unacceptable.
