‘A holistic plan for Solihull this winter and the future’
Some great news for Solihull and BSol residents.
Solihull Hospital leadership team are presenting the plan to the councils Health Overview scrutiny committee next week (Wednesday 18 September). The link to the meeting is here and the presentation is under agenda item 5: https://democracy.solihull.gov.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=530&MId=10307
The presentation reports the opening on Monday 14 October of:
+ Six state of the art theatres (three of which are robotic)
+ Treating high volume concerns and low complexity surgeries
+ An additional 11,500 treatments, including ophthalmology per year for BSol residents.
The presentation also covers ‘Solihull Pathway 2 Beds’ , Solihull Integrated Hub and the Urgent Care Pathway.
