Developers have held talks with Council officers and Ward members about proposals for Blythe Valley. Part of the site is shown in the Local Development Plan for housing development and its new owners, IM Properties, have instructed planners, Turley and Co, to work up some specifications. An outline planning application is still to be submitted and even then I am informed development is still several years away.
