After having the one illegally placed in Monkspath (see post of 29 August – https://cllrkenhawkins.co.uk/2017/08/29/rogue-recyling-bins-monkspath/ ) another one popped up in Dickens Heath.
A residents had commented a plain blue van with a man and woman turned up to empty it, complaining there was ‘S…t in it’. Having looked at photographs I took of the pair emptying the bin in Monkspath it was confirmed they were the same people and van.
I have pasted a notice to the bin stating it is illegal and any proceeds do not go to charity, but are for their own personal, criminal, gain. I hope the bin is removed as soon as possible by the council. There will be an investigation by our environmental crime team.
