Back on the Council

A very quick update.

I am extremely pleased to be back serving on Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. I stood as a candidate in Blythe Ward where I have lived for the past 27 years (which covers Monkspath, Cheswick Green, Dickens Heath and Tidbury Green). The full borough election results can be accessed via this link: http://www.solihull.gov.uk/democracy/publishingresults.htm

  1. Hi Ken. It is great you are back where you belong, personally I would have preferred you as an Elmdon Councillor but our loss is Blythe’s gain.

  2. Wow! Thank you very much Bill. I did really love working in Elmdon but saw the loss last May as a silver lining in that I could stand where I have lived for the last 27 years and where I have been a school governor for the last 21 years. I will always look out for Elmdon issues and now the website has been re-established you know you may be able to find out what might be going on on this sight.
