HILLFIELD PARK & NATURE RESERVE

Following a review of anti-travellers measures within the borough’s Parks & Open Spaces it was noticed that a number of the wooden posts placed around the edges of Hillfield Park were rotten.

Work has been scheduled to replace the current wooden posts with grass mounding ( as the mounding currently placed along the Monkspath Hall Road between junctions of Lakeside Drive & Rushford Close). Please also see attached photographs.

The work will be carried out in such a way that the full protection of the areas are maintained during the duration of the works . There will also be gaps at 20m intervals of approximately 1.5 m wide to allow pedestrian access.

Subject to weather & ground conditions the work at Hillfield Park is scheduled to start w/c April 11th & to be completed w/c April 25th
