Land at Tanworth Lane, Cheswick Green – Appeal by Bloor Homes

I have attached below my written submission to the Planning Inspectorate to object to the appeal b y Bloor Homes in respect of the refusal by Solihull Planning Committee for them to develop the land prior to April 2023.  Objection letter to Planning Inspectorate I will inform residents when the appeal will be heard. This will be conducted by way of an Inspectors Inquiry and is most certainly to be held at the Civic Suite, Solihull. No date has been set for the inquiry.
